Description
DAY 1: Chennai -Rome
- Assemble at Chennai international airport and after completing formalities departure to Rome
- We start our guided tour of visiting all the Major Churches in Rome.
- Holy steps (Scala Santa), St. John the Lateran Cathedral, the basilica of holy cross in Jerusalem, the outside view of Colosseum, St. Paul’s church.
- After the city tour you will have dinner in Indian restaurant and overnight at Rome.
DAY 2: Rome – Vatican
- After breakfast visit the Papal Audience at St. Peter Square, there we will visit our new Pope Leo XIV.
- After lunch, visit the Basilica of St. peter.
- Then proceed to Trevi Fountain where we will stop for visit.
- After tour you will have Dinner and overnight at Rome.
DAY 3: Assisi- Padua
- After breakfast proceed to Assisi.
- You will have a Guided Tour of Assisi, where our sightseeing includes visits to the church of St. Clare which houses her incorrupt body.
- Then visit church of Saint Carlo Acutis.
- Afterwards, we proceed to the Basilica of St. Francis, built in 1228 to house the Relics of the saint.
- Then proceed to Padua
- Dinner at Hotel and Over Night at Padua.
DAY 4: Venice-Milan
- After breakfast Proceed to Venice where you will board a ferry and transfer to Venice islands tour will start at St. Mark’s square.
- After breakfast, visit shrine of St. Anthony of Padua and also celebrate mass.
- Dinner at Hotel and overnight in Milan.
Day 5: Milan- Engelberg- Heppenheim
- After breakfast, proceed to Engelberg.
- After Breakfast, check out we will proceed to Mt. Titles, the TITLIS ROTAIR gondola rotates its way up towards the snow –covered summit of TITLIS, the world’s first revolving gondola transports you from the middle station at stand up to the mountain station at 3,020 meters above sea-level with Indian Lunch.
- Dinner and overnight at Heppenheim.
DAY 6: Heppenheim–Cologne-Amsterdam
- After breakfast, transfer to Cologne.
- You will visit cologne, you see cologne Cathedral and Great St. Martian church
- After will have Indian Lunch at cologne
- Drive to Amsterdam.
- Dinner and overnight at Amsterdam.
DAY 7: Amsterdam-Canal Cruise-Brussels
- After breakfast, proceed to visit Amsterdam with guide
- Visit Amsterdam windmills, Amsterdam’s canal cruise.
- After lunch proceed to Brussels
- Dinner and overnight at Brussels.
DAY 8: Brussels-Paris
- After breakfast, proceed for a city tour of Brussels where see Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gondola, Brussels town hall and place Royale.
- After lunch, proceed to Paris
- Dinner at local restaurant and overnight at Paris
DAY 9: Paris
- After breakfast, proceed for full day city tour of Paris.
- Drive past Champs Elysees, Arc De Triomphe, the Opera Petit Palais and Grand Palais, Les Invalides and 3 churches Notre Dame cathedral, Miraculous Medal & St. Vincent De Paul.
- Then proceed to Seine Cruise and visit Eiffel tower (Photo Stop)
- Dinner at local restaurant overnight in Paris
DAY 10: Paris-Lourdes
- After breakfast, we proceed for a long drive to Lourdes.
- Lunch will be packed or enroute.
- Upon arrival at Lourdes, check into the hotel. You can go for the candle light procession around 9pm.
- Dinner and overnight at Lourdes.
DAY 11 : Lourdes- Salamanca.
- After Breakfast, will be given half day free to spend on religious activities on your own. You can also attend mass at8am in English chapel.
- After lunch, we visit Sanctuary of Loyola (Birthplace of St. Ignatius Azpeitia of Loyola founder of the Society of Jesus.
- Proceed to Salamanca
- Dinner and overnight stay in Salamanca.
DAY 12 : Salamanca- Fatima
- After breakfast proceed to Fatima.
- You can visit Fatima on your own. Can go to the SANCTUARY for religious activities.
- You can also visit the village of Aljustrel where three Portuguese children, Lucia dos Santos, Jacinta Marto and Francisco Marto lived.
- Evening you can participate candle light procession around 9:30 pm
- Dinner and overnight at Fatima.
DAY 13: Fatima – Madrid
- After breakfast at hotel, proceed to Madrid
- Madrid city tour.
- Then proceed to Madrid airport for departure to India.
DAY 14: Chennai Airport
- Return to Chennai, concluding a memorable 9-country European journey, exploring significant Catholic shrines.
